We are only able to initiate refunds for products purchased directly from eu.pmdbeauty.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. 

For customers within the US who purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection plan, the return shipping cost will be covered. Customers who did not purchase this plan, as well as international customers, are responsible for return shipping costs.
